Description:
As the Perinatal Director you will oversee and coordinate perinatal care services ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety. Your leadership will play a crucial role in developing and implementing programs that support the health and wellness of pregnant mothers and their infants.
Requirements:
- Masterslevel preparation in nursing or related healthcare field preferred
- Required minimum 5 years of experience in a nursing leadership role with fiscal and human resource management responsibility.
- Required Current license to practice professional nursing in the state of Illinois.
- NCC cEFM certified
- Current American Heart Association Healthcare Provider
- BLS and ACLS certification required within last year.
- Excellent strategic thinking and problemsolving skills to address complex healthcare challenges.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
