What Youll Do
As a Blockchain Developer at Our Client youll be at the forefront of innovation working on all stages of product development. Youll have the opportunity to:
- Develop cuttingedge Solanabased features and integrations
- Design and implement secure and efficient smart contracts
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ideate and bring ideas to life
- Optimize blockchain performance and scalability
- Stay uptodate with the latest developments in the Solana ecosystem
- Analyze onchain data and contribute to datadriven decisionmaking
- Continuously iterate and polish features based on user feedback
What Youll Bring
- 4 years of experience in blockchain development (having Solana experience)
- Strong understanding of blockchain architectures consensus mechanisms and smart contract development
- Proficiency in at least one programming language commonly used in blockchain development (e.g. Rust C Go JavaScript)
- Experience building scalable and highperformance systems
- Solid grasp of cryptographic principles and security best practices
- Fullstack development experience (frontend and backend)
- Passion for the crypto and DeFi space
- Ability to thrive in a fastpaced dynamic startup environment
- Willingness to work long hours when needed to meet critical deadlines
Bonus Points
- Familiarity with the Solana ecosystem and Anchor framework
- Contributions to opensource blockchain projects
- Experience with DeFi protocols and trading platforms
- Familiarity with other blockchain ecosystems (Ethereum BSC etc.)
- Active participation in the crypto community and ecosystem
- BS/MS in Computer Science Mathematics Physics or other quantitative fields
