Job Title: Program Manager Experience: 15 years BPM Tool/LowCode Platform
Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Program Manager to lead the implementation in a BPM tool or lowcode platform. This role will be instrumental in driving digital transformation initiatives streamlining processes and improving operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
• Program Management:
• Develop and execute comprehensive project plans including timelines resource allocation and risk management strategies.
• Oversee the entire project lifecycle from initiation to closure ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project goals.
• Monitor project progress identify potential issues and implement corrective actions to mitigate risks.
• Manage project budgets and resources effectively.
• Process Improvement:
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify process bottlenecks inefficiencies and areas for automation.
• Analyze current processes and design innovative solutions using the BPM tool or lowcode platform.
• Lead process reengineering efforts to optimize workflows and improve operational performance.
• Platform Adoption:
• Develop and execute a comprehensive solution based on the program charter.
• Provide training and support to endusers to ensure successful adoption and effective use of the platform.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation by encouraging the use of the platform for process automation and digital transformation.
• Team Management:
• Lead and mentor a crossfunctional team of technical experts business analysts and project managers.
• Foster a collaborative and resultsoriented team environment.
• Provide guidance and support to team members to achieve project objectives.
• Required Skills and Experience:
• Proven experience in program management preferably in a BPM or lowcode platform environment.
• Strong understanding of business process management concepts methodologies and tools.
• Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
• Experience in leading and managing crossfunctional teams.
• Proficiency in project management methodologies (e.g. Agile Waterfall).
• Knowledge of industry best practices and standards for process improvement and digital transformation.
• Experience with lowcode development platforms or BPM tools is a plus.
