CyberArk L3 Support Engineer with DevSecOps Expertise
Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced L3 Support Engineer with a strong background in CyberArk and DevSecOps. This role involves providing advancedlevel support managing deployment options for CyberArk components and working directly with clients to ensure secure and optimized management of privileged access within a multivendor global enterprise environment. The successful candidate should have substantial experience in CyberArk s security solutions specifically CyberArk DAP/Conjur and an indepth understanding of DevSecOps and related technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide L3 support for CyberArk implementations focusing on troubleshooting problemsolving and ensuring operational stability.
- Manage deployment options for CyberArk components including capacity management and network components within a global multivendor enterprise.
- Perform clientfacing roles managing relationships and serving as the technical point of contact.
- Document detailed architectural and design specifications for secret management with CyberArk Conjur (DAP) to support security objectives.
- Oversee and implement CyberArk (version 9.x and above) modules including:
- Enterprise Password Vault (EPV)
- Password Vault Web Access (PVWA)
- Central Policy Manager (CPM)
- Privileged Session Manager (PSM)
- Application Identity Manager (AIM)
- Privileged Threat Analytics
- CyberArk Conjur
- Integrate CyberArk 9.x with various environments including Windows databases Unix and network devices with a minimum of two successful project integrations.
- Collaborate with DevOps and DevSecOps teams to integrate security best practices and leverage agile methodologies.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 812 years in IT with at least 58 years in Privileged Access Management (PAM) and 2 years specializing in CyberArk and CyberArk Conjur.
- Certifications: CyberArk DAP/Conjur Certified Delivery Engineer.
- Technical Skills:
- Strong expertise in CyberArk (9.x or higher) with handson experience in deploying configuring and managing all core modules.
- Proficiency in DevOps and DevSecOps practices with experience in agile methodologies.
- Excellent command of UNIX Windows serverlevel commands and understanding of enterpriselevel processes.
- Communication: Demonstrated experience in clientfacing roles with strong communication skills and a collaborative approach to problemsolving.
