Job Description
Job Overview:
Our client seeks to employ a Floor Supervisor to oversee daily operations at their waste management company. This role requires strong leadership knowledge of waste processing and a commitment to health safety and environmental standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate waste sorting recycling and disposal processes.
- Lead train and manage a team ensuring high performance and safety compliance.
- Enforce health and safety protocols and conduct regular safety checks.
- Monitor inventory and equipment ensuring availability and functionality.
- Track operational performance and generate reports.
- Address customer concerns and ensure service quality.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Matric (Grade 12) preferred.
- 23 years supervisory experience in waste management or a similar field is a plus.
- Strong leadership communication and problemsolving skills.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations in the waste management industry.
