Job Description

Job Overview:

Our client seeks to employ a Floor Supervisor to oversee daily operations at their waste management company. This role requires strong leadership knowledge of waste processing and a commitment to health safety and environmental standards.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate waste sorting recycling and disposal processes.
  • Lead train and manage a team ensuring high performance and safety compliance.
  • Enforce health and safety protocols and conduct regular safety checks.
  • Monitor inventory and equipment ensuring availability and functionality.
  • Track operational performance and generate reports.
  • Address customer concerns and ensure service quality.


Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Matric (Grade 12) preferred.
  • 23 years supervisory experience in waste management or a similar field is a plus.
  • Strong leadership communication and problemsolving skills.
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations in the waste management industry.
