Objective
- Work towards acquiring new donors and retaining existing ones contributing between INR 20000 to INR 100000.
- To position WWFIndia effectively within the Key Donor segment.
Key Responsibilities:
- To generate new leads through various channels like LinkedIn Digital Marketing Events Workshops and Donor Referrals for acquiring potential donors.
- To contact donors (via calls emails inperson meetings etc.) and explain WWF Indias work in a clear and interesting way.
- To keep the existing and new donors engaged by maintaining consistent communication and building longterm relationships by following the donor journey for both acquisition and retention donors.
- To convert retain and upgrade the existing donor database to maximize the retention ratio.
- Assist the Key Donor team in planning donor activities and collaborating with internal teams on creative communication for key donors.
Requirements
- Graduate/ Post Graduate/ MBA from any recognized University.
- Excellent English communication and negotiation skills with demonstrated ability to talk and listen to people and build rapport with them.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Highly performanceoriented and able to work in a team.
- Energydriven individual who can inspire people and promote WWFIndias work.
- Should have experience in Sales for at least 1 year if not then should have relevant background.
- Willing to relocate to Mumbai after a threemonth training period in Delhi.
