Requirements
- Must live in the United States of America (No virtual addresses)
- 1 years of remote customer service experience
- 1 years of Call Center experience
- Must use a Windows computer or laptop (No Mac or Chromebooks)
- Quiet professional background for calls
- Ability to type at least 40 words per minute
- Intermediate computer skills
- Must provide hardwired internet (No wifi VPN bluetooth satellite or cellular)
- Must pass a background check
- Must complete a practice video voice assessment
