Job Description

Position: Business Analyst
Location: Atlanta GA (30334)
Client: State of Georgia
Duration: 12 Months

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support a statewide Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) project. The ideal candidate will facilitate communication between stakeholders and the NextGen solution teams resolve business process issues and ensure project timelines are met. This role requires strong analytical skills attention to detail and the ability to work collaboratively with various teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain a Stakeholder Register and facilitate project meetings.
  • Document and distribute meeting minutes and develop test plans.
  • Identify and define business requirements through stakeholder engagement.
  • Collaborate with the Project Manager to maintain project artifacts.
  • Build productive relationships with project sponsors vendors and key clients.

Required Skills:

  • Bachelors Degree in a Businessrelated field (Finance/HR preferred).
  • 7 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
  • Proficient in MS O365 applications.
  • Strong interpersonal and written communication skills.
  • Experience working with government organizations is a plus.
