Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled HR Operations Manager to lead and oversee all HR functions within our warehouse operations. This role is key in supporting employee recruitment training compliance and employee relations ensuring alignment with our strategic business goals. The ideal candidate will be proficient in HR management systems employment law and workforce planning with bilingual proficiency in Korean and English preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- HR Leadership: Oversee HR functions for warehouse operations including recruitment onboarding training performance management and employee relations.
- Strategic Partnership: Collaborate with warehouse management to implement HR strategies aligned with overall business objectives.
- Recruitment & Selection: Manage the fullcycle recruitment process to hire qualified diverse candidates for warehouse positions.
- Training & Development: Design and deliver training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of warehouse staff.
- Employee Relations: Investigate and resolve employee concerns in a timely professional manner.
- Vendor Management: Identify evaluate and manage staffing agencies that align with company values and culture.
- Lease Negotiation: Negotiate and secure favorable lease terms for corporate housing arrangements.
- Compliance & Record Keeping: Ensure compliance with labor laws and maintain accurate employee records.
- Budget Management: Plan and allocate annual and monthly labor budgets to meet operational goals.
- Additional Duties: Perform other HRrelated tasks as needed.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Korean (preferred).
- Strong knowledge of employment laws at the federal state and local levels.
- Experience with ADP systems and HR management processes.
- Proficiency in performance management and talent management.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (VLOOKUP PivotTables and report generation).
