We are seeking a Java Backend Developer with expertise in ServiceNow and IT Service Management (ITSM) to enhance and maintain our telecom service delivery platform. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in Java development and a strong understanding of ITSM processes and tools particularly within the context of ServiceNow.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
- 8 years of experience in Java backend development.
- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow including configuration scripting and application development.
- Familiarity with ITIL processes and frameworks particularly in Incident Problem and Change Management.
- Experience with RESTful API development and microservices architecture.
- Proficiency in databases (SQL/NoSQL) and ORM tools.
- Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
- Experience with cloud technologies (AWS Azure GCP) related to ITSM solutions.
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and practices.
- Familiarity with telecommunications standards and protocols.
