Candidates need to be Architect level but need to be VERY Development Heavy Architects. Need to be doing 6070% hands on development in Apex LWC etc. while in an Architect role. DO NOT want a high level Salesforce Architect that does not read development heavy. Candidates will be heavily grilled on their technical experience
