Now interviewing for 2 RNs to work in our upper Vermont territory! Shift: Monday Friday (8am5pm) Weekends: Some weekend coverage is requiredCall: Some call may be scheduled but only on an emergency basisRequirements:Must have OASIS (Outcome and Assessment Information Set) ExperienceHome Health and Hospice Experience requiredExperience traveling from patient to patient for home visitsMust be able to manage and adjust to changes in scheduleMust have drivers license in good standingBLS requiredEMR system used is HealthWyse (Careficient) Outpatient careFacility does their own Background Check as wellCome join our team today!!
Shift: MF 8am5pm with some weekend coverage. Some call may be scheduled but only on an emergency basis.
