Job Description
Position : Business Analyst with Commercial Banking
Location : Stamford CT. onsite
Duration: 12 months
Description:
- Exposure to Commercial Lending Cards Treasury Payments Customer Onboarding
- Ability to formulate and define business requirements & use cases
- Proficient in functional specs business process mapping using tools like Visio
- Exposure to ServiceNow FSO (financial services operations) is preferable. If not ServiceNow then solutions like Pega Appian nCINO.
- Ability to create write artifacts such as reference docs user guides etc. in support of the products and solutions
- Interface with solution and business architects to create requirements documents and templates
- Experience working with Technical QA and Business Teams in explaining the requirements and providing functional guidance/answers
- Knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) process including agile methodologies
- Excellent oral and written communication skills are required
