As a Client Engagement Manager is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients ensuring customer satisfaction and driving business growth. This role involves understanding client travel needs providing personalized service and coordinating with various travel partners to deliver customized solutions. The ideal candidate will have a passion for travel strong communication skills and a customercentric approach.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing and prospective clients ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Understand clients travel preferences requirements and budgets to offer tailored travel solutions.
- Coordinate with suppliers and travel partners to arrange travel packages accommodation transportation and other services.
- Address client concerns and resolve issues promptly to maintain a high standard of service.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for client engagement and business growth.
- Keep clients informed about travel policies destination updates and industry trends.
- Monitor client feedback and use insights to improve service offerings.
Skills and Requirements:
- Must be legally eligible to work in the USA.
- Proven experience in client engagement customer service or sales within the travel industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Excellent problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of travel booking systems industry regulations and destination trends.
