Position: Project Manager Oracle Fusion HCM/Payroll Implementation
Location: Atlanta Georgia (30303)
Client: State of Georgia
Duration: 12 Months
Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee the implementation of the Oracle Cloud Fusion HR module. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Oracle ERP particularly in Human Capital Management and demonstrate leadership in managing complex projects. This role involves collaboration with HR and IT teams to ensure successful integration and optimization of the HR system.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate largescale implementation programs and manage multiple project teams.
- Engage with HR stakeholders to gather and document requirements.
- Oversee customization configuration and integration of the HR module.
- Develop and execute training programs for HR staff and endusers.
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements while generating HR metrics reports.
Technical Skills Required:
- 1015 years of Oracle ERP experience with 5 years in Oracle Fusion HCM implementation.
- Proficiency in project management methodologies (Agile Waterfall).
- Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices.
- Familiarity with Oracle Cloud Fusion HR functionalities and integration.
- Excellent communication and problemsolving skills.
