Sr. ServiceNOW developer with CSM experience Customer Service Management ITSM
Seattle based client
Remote is OK ANYWHERE IN US
Duration 1012 months
Looking for
- Senior ServiceNow Developer with the following skillset/experience
- 910 years of hands on experience as a ServiceNOW developer
- UIBuilder good to have
- Customer Service (we have 3 CSM instances) must have hands on experience including Integration customization configuration
- Integration customization configration
- ITSM MUST have
- HRSD should be conversant
- Portal Development Angular/HTML/CSS
- Strong JavaScript skills
- Integration skills; integrating SNOW with other apps REST SOAP or other methods
- ServiceNow API experience including REST SOAP and MID server APIs
- Automation configuring automated processes such as workflows (including Flow Designer) business rules and scheduled jobs
- Performance Analytics
