Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in building catalogue forms using ServiceNow API and managing ServiceNow development projects. This role requires a deep understanding of ServiceNow platform capabilities and the ability to implement solutions that meet business needs.
We require candidates to have as many as 3 years ServiceNow development experience preferably with ITAM and HRSD experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Design develop and implement ServiceNow catalogue forms and workflows.
Utilize ServiceNow API to integrate with other systems and automate processes.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Manage and execute ServiceNow development projects ensuring timely delivery and adherence to best practices.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ServiceNow applications and integrations.
Maintain and update ServiceNow documentation including technical specifications and user guides.
Provide training and support to endusers and other team members on ServiceNow functionalities.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
Proven experience as a ServiceNow Developer with a focus on building catalogue forms and using ServiceNow API.
Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform capabilities and best practices.
Proficiency in JavaScript HTML CSS and other web technologies.
Excellent problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications:
ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) or other relevant certifications.
Experience with Agile development methodologies.
Knowledge of ITIL processes and best practices.
