Job Description
Lead and manage the Key Customer Accounts to achieve total customer satisfaction business objectives and operational efficiency.
Introduce a project management model within the organization for best practices knowledge sharing and successful project execution.
Collaborate with RFQ Sourcing & materials testing assembly prototype quality teams to promote competency and provide customer and DLM valueadded costeffective services with the support of the Program Management team.
Interact with individuals at all organizational levels to resolve internal and external customer issues.
Ensure good communication between Customer(s) CFT & DLM Business verticals.
Follow up and optimize product and service costing inventory control DIO ECR & ECO obsolescence control and excess material sales.
Be responsible for budget forecasting accuracy in Sales Reports.
Ability to understand technical subjects and emerging technologies and their relevance to industrialization.
Ensure customer satisfaction and profitable business performance.
Engage in Program Management & Product Life Cycle Management.
Cyient DLM Limited () is seeking a competent Program Manager for its Electronics Manufacturing unit in Mysore. The ideal candidate would be an Engineering Graduate or MBA with 15 to 18 years of experience in Program Management.
