Walkme content Developer and Admin
REMOTE
Required Skills:
Partner with training team to develop and implement WalkMe content on Salesforce
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to identify user needs design solutions and optimize the user experience.
Understanding of webbased technology such as HTML and JavaScript to help embed the WalkMe solution to the correct HTML elements on the page
Experience in business analysis and process improvement with a focus on driving user adoption and engagement.
Knowledge of software development and organizational change management methodologies project management principles and agile practices.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively with crossfunctional teams and with consultants.
Experience in developing and maintaining WalkMe content and training and supporting endusers on WalkMe content and functionality.
WalkMe certification (recommended)
