Job Description:
We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to oversee complex projects for a state department. This role involves managing project deliverables collaborating with crossfunctional teams and ensuring adherence to budget and quality standards. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership and communication skills with a proven ability to drive successful project outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead crossfunctional teams in the execution of largescale projects.
- Develop and manage project timelines costs and deliverables.
- Facilitate communication with stakeholders and external vendors.
- Ensure compliance with project financials and procurement processes.
- Implement best practices for operational efficiency and reporting.
Technical Skills:
- Advanced knowledge of project management tools (e.g. Planview JIRA Microsoft Project).
- Expertise in financial management and contract lifecycle management.
- Proficient in project management methodologies (waterfall agile hybrid).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
