Position: Industrial Maintenance Technician
Location: Sanford NC (Onsite)
Employment Type: Permanent (Fulltime)
Shift Premiums Available: Yes

Shift Availability:
- A & C Shifts: 6 a.m. 6 p.m. (Rotating schedule; limited openings)
- B & D Shifts: 6 p.m. 6 a.m. (Rotating schedule; limited openings)
- PM Shift: 7:00 a.m. 3:30 p.m. (Monday to Friday; limited openings)
Position Summary:
The Industrial Maintenance Technician is responsible for ensuring that machinery and equipment operate efficiently to maintain continuous production. This role involves troubleshooting maintaining and repairing equipment while adhering to Tysons policies and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up adjust and break down production line machinery.
- Troubleshoot mechanical issues in an industrial setting.
- Use Tysons SAP software to create work orders and complete required documentation.
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on equipment to ensure smooth operation.
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean safe work environment.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. daily.
- Ability to stand and work on your feet for 12hour shifts.
- Comfortable working in temperatures ranging from 6590 degrees.
- Ability to work in wet humid conditions with slippery and concrete floors.
- Exposure to airborne particles (primarily flour dust) and loud noise levels requiring hearing protection.
Minimum Qualifications (NonNegotiable):
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in industrial maintenance or completion of an industrial maintenance training program (can be a combination of employers).
- Candidates with previous employment at Client must have a minimum rehire waiting period of 180 days and are limited to three periods of employment.
Preferred Skills (NicetoHave):
- Electrical experience in addition to the required industrial maintenance experience.
- Experience in food manufacturing environments.
