Maintenance Supervisor Food & Bottling Industry
We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the upkeep and repair of equipment and infrastructure within our fastgrowing food and bottling facility. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with drive systems and electrical systems and be skilled in leading maintenance teams while resolving issues proactively.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all maintenance activities to meet production goals and ensure smooth operations.
- Implement and monitor preventive maintenance programs to improve equipment performance and minimize downtime.
- Collaborate with production and quality teams to quickly resolve equipmentrelated issues.
- Diagnose troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical systems including motors drive systems and control panels.
- Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities and inventory of spare parts.
- Coordinate with external vendors and contractors while ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Conduct regular inspections and safety checks on all equipment.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Technical degree preferred).
- 520 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment
- Prior experience in team management or supervisory roles
Experience 2 or more years of experience programming Allen Bradley PLC's, and HMI's. or Siemens PLC's 2 or more years of experience programming Factory Talk Panel View Experience in site commissioning and startup of control systems.
