Position Overview:
As an Associate Solutions Architect you will work closely with senior architects development teams and stakeholders to design and implement solutions that meet business requirements. You will participate in every phase of solution development from discovery to delivery ensuring that the architecture aligns with the companys strategic goals. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in designing and developing scalable and secure solutions aligning with business needs and technology strategies.
- Collaborate with senior architects and engineering teams to implement solutions across various systems and platforms.
- Contribute to defining technical specifications solution architecture and integration strategies.
- Conduct system analysis requirements gathering and collaborate with business teams to understand project goals and constraints.
- Support the evaluation and integration of new technologies platforms and tools to improve business processes.
- Ensure solution designs follow best practices in performance security scalability and reliability.
- Participate in the delivery process by supporting testing implementation and postdeployment analysis.
- Document architectural blueprints design patterns and key decisions.
- Work closely with crossfunctional teams (engineering product and business) to ensure seamless implementation of solutions.
- Stay updated on emerging technology trends and provide insights for potential improvements or innovations.
Qualifications:
- Must reside in the USA or be a U.S. citizen.
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
- 2 years of experience in a technical role with exposure to solution architecture or software development.
- Basic understanding of cloud platforms (e.g. AWS Azure or Google Cloud) and microservices architecture.
- Familiarity with software development processes DevOps practices and infrastructure management.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with an ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills capable of explaining technical concepts to nontechnical stakeholders.
- Knowledge of integration patterns APIs and common software development frameworks.
- Experience working in Agile development environments is a plus.
- Proactive selfstarter with a willingness to learn and grow in a fastpaced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Handson experience with cloud computing and modern architecture frameworks.
- Basic knowledge of automation tools and containerization technologies (Docker Kubernetes).
