Job Summary:
Job Overview:
Our client a key player in the semiconductor industry is looking for a Senior Facilities Manager to oversee critical facility operations including bulk gas delivery systems largescale chiller management and hazardous gas handling. This role is integral to supporting highdemand 24/7 manufacturing environments with complex machinery like Epitaxy (Epi) machines. The ideal candidate will have 10 years of experience certifications relevant to the industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the maintenance and operations of semiconductor manufacturing facilities ensuring the safe and efficient management of systems such as bulk gas delivery and large chillers.
- Lead a team responsible for maintaining critical manufacturing equipment including Epitaxy machines with a focus on reliability and safety.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols especially when handling hazardous gases and manage preventive maintenance programs.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to support production and ensure equipment uptime in a 24/7 environment.
- Develop and implement strategic facility management plans to support company growth and operations.
- Stay updated on industry certifications and safety standards ensuring team compliance with companyspecific requirements (e.g. TLA certifications)
Required Experience:
- 10 years of facilities management experience specifically within the semiconductor industry.
- Proven experience with highrisk systems (e.g. hazardous gases bulk gas delivery) and largescale chiller operations.
- Expertise in managing Epitaxy machines or similar tools like Epison and Epi CVD.
- Strong knowledge of industry standards and best practices including safety regulations for semiconductor manufacturing.
- Industryspecific certifications required
