Job Description
Job Title: Oracle OM & AR Functional Consultant
Location: Bay Area CA (Onsite)
Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Oracle OM & AR Functional Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Oracle EBusiness Suite specifically in the Order Management and Accounts Receivable modules. This role requires a strong understanding of business processes and the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implementation & Configuration: Lead the implementation and configuration of Oracle OM and AR modules ensuring alignment with business requirements.
- Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with business users to gather analyze and document requirements for order management and accounts receivable processes.
- Process Optimization: Identify areas for improvement within existing processes and recommend enhancements leveraging Oracle functionalities.
- Testing & Validation: Develop and execute test scenarios to validate system configurations and ensure user acceptance testing is thorough and complete.
- Training & Support: Provide training to endusers on the OM and AR modules and offer ongoing support postimplementation to resolve issues.
- Integration: Work with technical teams to ensure seamless integration between OM AR and other modules within Oracle EBS.
- Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for processes configurations and user guides.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Engage with crossfunctional teams including Finance Sales and IT to ensure the successful execution of projects.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in Business Information Technology or a related field.
- 10 years of experience as a functional consultant in Oracle EBS specifically with Order Management and Accounts Receivable modules.
- Strong understanding of ordertocash processes and integration points within Oracle EBS.
- Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
- Experience with Oracle EBS R12 is preferred.
- Relevant Oracle certifications are a plus.
