Title Facilities Maintenance Technician
Job location ParisKY40361
Duration 06 Months Temp Role
Shift time 7AM3:30PM
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Install maintain and repair manufacturing equipment and fixtures.
Conduct general maintenance activities primarily on machinery and related equipment.
Maintain repair and maintenance records.
Maintain building electrical system and heating and cooling equipment.
Perform maintenance or general carpentry on items such as doors floors docks overhead doors roof downspouts product racks materials handling equipment etc.
Answer security alarm calls as needed.
Troubleshoot problems and escalates the most complex issues.

Required Skills:
Education: High School Diploma or GED
Experience: 3 years applicable direct experience in a similar position
Collaboration Tool: MS Office (Word Excel Outlook Teams)
Applied maintenance experience in a GMP manufacturing environment preferred
Skills in mathematics personal computers and related applications are vital
Interpersonal and communication skills
Knowledge of HVAC systems required
