Summary:
We are seeking a detailoriented and organized Order Management to join our team at F60HOSTLLp. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the order process from start to finish ensuring accuracy and efficiency in order fulfillment. If you have a strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
- Process incoming orders and ensure timely fulfillment
- Communicate with customers to confirm order details and address any issues
- Coordinate with warehouse and shipping teams to ensure orders are shipped on time
- Maintain accurate records of orders and update the database accordingly
- Handle returns and exchanges in a timely and professional manner
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associates degree preferred
- 12 years of experience in order management or a related field
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and order management software
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
