  • Attracting candidates through various channels like LinkedIn and other job board.
  • Reviewing resumes and screening candidates.
  • Scheduling interviews by coordinating with candidates.
  • Participate in first interview with candidate.
  • Assisting in negotiating job offers and compensation packages with candidates.
  • Maintain recruitment data efficiently.
  • Assistance to SR. HR Executive with HR Daily task.

In the role of Corporate Recruiter, job analysis and posting involve understanding job requirements and creating detailed job descriptions. This includes posting job openings on various platforms such as job boards, the company website, and social media. For sourcing candidates, recruiters identify and reach out to potential candidates using channels like LinkedIn, job fairs, and networking events while building and maintaining a pipeline of qualified candidates for various roles. Screening and interviewing encompass reviewing resumes and conducting initial screenings to identify qualified candidates, as well as coordinating and conducting interviews via phone, video, and in-person meetings. Recruiters assess candidates' qualifications and fit for the role. Selection and hiring require collaboration with hiring managers to make hiring decisions, extending job offers to selected candidates, and negotiating terms when necessary. Recruiters conduct background checks and verify references. Ensuring a positive candidate experience includes maintaining clear communication and providing timely feedback throughout the recruitment process. Onboarding involves assisting with the process for new hires to ensure a smooth transition into the company. Employer branding requires representing the company positively in all recruitment activities and collaborating with marketing and HR teams to enhance employer branding initiatives. Continuous improvement includes staying up to date with industry trends and recruitment best practices and recommending process improvements and innovative strategies for talent acquisition. Requirements bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related field, with HR certifications as a plus Candidates should have a proven track record in full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing and interviewing. Proficiency with recruitment software, ATS, and online recruiting platforms is necessary Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential, as well as the ability to build effective relationships and negotiate job offers. Adaptability to changing priorities and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are crucial. Additionally, time management skills are required to manage multiple open positions and meet hiring deadlines efficiently.
