Job Description

Roles and responsibilities

A Marketing Manager, is responsible for the overall advertising and public relations of the Club.

What will I be doing?

As a Marketing Manager Ad/Public Relations, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

Create and execute a strategic and comprehensive advertising and Public Relations plan, including media planning as well as creative/visuals
Communicate with other managers/divisions to create and execute effective advertising and Public Relations plans
Plan and execute press releases, press conferences, press briefings, press tours, and overall press relations
Make the owners' newsletter (quarterly) as well as internal communications materials
Strategy Development: Create comprehensive marketing plans aligned with business objectives and market trends.
Campaign Management: Oversee marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, email, and traditional advertising.
Market Research: Conduct research to understand market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform strategies.
Brand Management: Maintain and enhance the brand’s image and messaging, ensuring consistency across all platforms.
Budget Management: Allocate and manage the marketing budget, tracking expenses and ROI on marketing initiatives.
Team Leadership: Lead and mentor marketing team members, fostering collaboration and professional growth.
Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze campaign performance using metrics and analytics, making adjustments as needed to optimize results.
Skills:
Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights from marketing metrics.
Creativity: Strong creative skills for developing engaging marketing content and campaigns.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with teams, stakeholders, and customers.
Project Management: Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
Digital Proficiency: Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms, such as SEO, PPC, social media, and email marketing.
