Strategist for Leading Creative Agency (Recruited by Vicarious Talent Agency)

Location: Seattle WA

Role Overview: Vicarious Talent Agency is thrilled to partner with a prominent creative agency in recruiting a talented Strategist who is ready to tackle challenges with a sharp mind and a dynamic approach. This role is ideal for someone who is not only in tune with societal trends but also has the intelligence and wit to leverage these insights in a business context. The position is remote with the flexibility to work from anywhere although it may require some travel for client meetings and team collaborations.

Your Primary Duties Include:

• Proactively setting documenting measuring prioritizing and optimizing goals and objectives for client accounts.

• Continuously generating and leveraging new ideas to help clients achieve their business objectives.

• Transforming complex ideas into clear digestible concepts.

• Creating compelling PowerPoint decks to present strategies and insights to clients.

• Developing a deep understanding of the client's products services market and consumers.

• Monitoring and interpreting cultural and social trends that are relevant to client businesses.

• Writing creative briefs that guide the development of toptier creative work.

• Working closely with project management teams to ensure timely delivery of client deliverables.

• Engaging in copywriting as necessary as directed by client needs or internal strategy.

• Proactively optimizing internal agency processes and documentation to enhance operational effectiveness.

• Regularly presenting to the agency team to share insights on client industries innovations in strategy and performance of current initiatives.

• Actively seeking opportunities for new business with both existing clients and potential new partners.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Demonstrated strategic thinking abilities with a record of success in a similar role.

• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a fastpaced and creative environment.

• Proficiency in PowerPoint and other presentation tools.

• Background in monitoring trends and applying this knowledge in a strategic business context.

• Experience with copywriting and the ability to express ideas clearly in written form.
