Job Summary
The Modern Trade Rep who reports to the field manager manages vertically within the designated signage aimed at increasing sales achieving the centrally set standards by the senior account manager and promoting these standards to new higher benchmarks through local agreements in all stores (for example category visibility). They ensure proper order receipt complete assortment quality and quantity of displays product validity execution of offshelf activities monitoring correct execution on the shelf and in exits as well as collecting payment.
Job Description
Sales Targets Achievement: Responsible for meeting the sales targets set within the Group.
Store Visits: Follow the established plans and procedures for store visits.
Stock Management: Ensure product availability in the correct locations clarity of prices availability of promotional materials in the required quantities.
Implementation of Directives: Apply A.S. directives according to MyPs guidelines across the different business areas (checkout shelves readytosell activities).
Customer Development: Negotiate at Group level and ensure compliance with central contractual policies and agreements.
Performance Improvement: Monitor the economic performance of customers and enhance their involvement
in improvement projects.
Order Management: Receive orders and manage the collection of payments when they are submitted.
Activity Planning: Plan the activities of the merchants and set business objectives to evaluate the service.
Problem Solving: Address communication problems with customers in collaboration with the direct manager.
