Job Title: Cleaning Technician

Shifts Available: Tuesday and Thursday 5pm8:30am
Compensation: $13.00 per hour with a $0.50/hour attendance bonus

Are you a dedicated individual with a passion for cleanliness and creating welcoming environments Jack Laurie Group a prominent Flooring and Cleaning company is expanding its team in Warsaw Indiana and we are looking for enthusiastic Cleaning Technicians to join us!
About Us: At Jack Laurie Group we take pride in providing topnotch cleaning services and creating spaces that people love. As a Cleaning Technician youll play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene of various facilities contributing to a positive and healthy atmosphere.
Position Details:
- Shifts: Fulltime positions available during evening shifts.
- Compensation: Competitive hourly rate between $13 and $16
- Team Environment: Work collaboratively as part of a team or independently depending on placement.
Responsibilities:
- Perform routine cleaning tasks such as dusting vacuuming and mopping to maintain high cleanliness standards.
- Clean and sanitize restrooms breakrooms and common areas.
- Dispose of trash and recyclables in accordance with company policies.
- Work effectively as part of a team or independently adapting to the needs of each assigned location.
Qualifications:
- No prior experience required; training will be provided.
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
- Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work various shifts as needed.
