Job Description
Job Title: Database Analyst (US Citizen Only)
Location: Remote
We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualifications
Responsibilities:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
- Experience in database management and analysis.
- Proven experience with SQL databases including writing complex queries and performance tuning.
- Proficiency in database management systems (e.g. Oracle SQL Server MySQL PostgreSQL).
- Knowledge of data modeling concepts and experience with data warehousing.
- Experience with ETL processes and tools.
- Experience in data analysis tools and visualization software (e.g. Tableau Power BI).
- Relevant certifications (e.g. Microsoft Certified: Azure Database Administrator Oracle Certified Professional) are a plus.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with stakeholders effectively.
- Strong understanding of database architecture and design principles.
- Experience in performance tuning monitoring and optimizing databases.
- Ability to work with large datasets and perform data validation and cleansing.
- Experience with programming/scripting languages (e.g. Python R) is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Federal Experience is a plus.
- Required Security clearance.
