Cold and Flu Symptoms

Sinus and Allergy Symptoms

Conjunctivitis Diarrhea Ear Infections

Eye Irritations Headaches STD

Strep Throat Insect Bites Rashes Minor Burns

Minor Ses Cuts Bruises Inuries (Sprains/Strains)

Nausea Vomiting Joint Sprains UTI

EMR: EPIC

Travel lodging and malpractice insurance covered

Requirements:

Active MO License

BC/BE

DEA

COVID Vaccination
