Job Description
Industry: Pharma
Location: Malta
Basis: Full time
Remuneration: Salary Benefits
Main Duties:
- Follow company procedures ensuring full traceability of all commercial transactions from sourcing to procurement sales and invoicing
- Remain impartial during all business transactions and to liaise with the Quality unit on all matters relating to purchasing
- Avoid and highlight to superiors any possible conflicting interests prior to the undertaking of any commercial transactions
- Goods acceptance of all incoming materials in the appropriate areas
- Goods receipt of all incoming materials on SAP Business One and the generation of corresponding documentation from SAP
- Sampling of pharmaceutical finished products/secondary packaging materials according to approved instructions and internal SOPs
- Sampling and storage of reference/ retention samples according to approved instructions and internal SOPs
- Report any quality defects or nonconformances identified during goods acceptance or sampling activities to the Quality Unit
- Record all internal movements of goods on a realtime basis
- Record all activities as described in the relevant SOPs
What skills do you need
- Bachelors degree in supply chain management logistics or a related field would be considered an asset
- Experience in a similar role or in shipping or supply chain would be considered an asset
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and make decisions under pressure
Eligibility to work in the EU is a must
