Job Description

  • Designs implements and executes human resources strategies for business unit and functional groups.
  • Partners with business operations to ensure a complete understanding of business needs and objective and proactively resolves HR and business issues
  • Provides solutions through organizational effectiveness and employee life cycle management
  • Anticipates and plans for longterm human resource needs and trends in partnership with business management.
  • Responsible for and/or serves as a HR liaison in key projects.
  • Responsible to support business decisions using data analytics tools (eg.: Power BI) to guarantee informed decisions.
  • Develop and promote employee programs that will drive continuous improvement and also drive desire business culture.
  • In liaison with HR Leader develop and implement HR strategies that accelerate business performance.
  • Execute team effectiveness interventions.
  • Drive projects using DMAIC methodology to guarantee results to business challenges.
  • Drive HR processes initiatives and day to day activities.
  • Partner with HR Leader to complete Talent Planning discussions in support to business needs and define specific talent strategy for the site to fill the gaps.
  • Partner with business leaders to identify and address the critical needs of the business and achieve goals that support a longrange people strategy.
  • Promote Medtronic Mindset to continue the company s ability to attract engage and retain a highperformance team which can lead growth.
  • Collaborate with COE s and Ask HR to implement strategies and drive continuous improvement of HR program and processes.
  • Other duties maybe assigned.


Requirements

Minimum 4 years of Human Resource experience in Manufacturing Industry Enviroment. Experience in Coaching Team effectiveness facilitation. Posseses Certified Behavoral Trainer and Interviewer Certifications. Ambition to develop and growth in an organization that offer opportunities to achieve individual long term career aspirations. Bachelor Degree Completed. Available to work 100% onSite in Villalba.


Coaching and Team effectiveness facilitation experience. Behavior and Trainer Certifications.

Education

Bachelor Degree Completed.
