Duties and Responsibilities:
Create engaging Podcast trailers and shortform snippets from longform podcasts.
Ability to create assets for paid marketing ads on social media.
Ability to create graphics for sponsors of our newsletter.
Ability to take data and create visually appealing charts.
Develop ad creatives based on provided requirements.
Create visually appealing and effective shortform video ads (UGC Ads) and static ads.
Collaborate with the marketing team to understand campaign objectives and target audience.
Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate fresh ideas into the creative process.
Ensure all creatives adhere to brand guidelines and maintain a consistent visual identity.
Revise and iterate on designs based on feedback from the marketing team.
Minimum Requirements:
At least 3 years of experience working as a creative strategist or an Ads graphic designer in an agency or with the brand.
Understanding of Facebook Ad
Strong grip on creating video and static creatives.
Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or Creative Strategist with a strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of Ad design projects.
Proficiency in graphic design software such as Figma or Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop Illustrator Premiere Pro After Effects).
Knowledge of current design trends and best practices in both static and video formats (Especially Hormozistyle Ad creatives)
Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams.
Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
