The IT Technical Project Manager/Business Analyst will manage and execute projects while also analyzing business processes to recommend and implement improvements.
Vital Records project focused on improving productivity and documenting system enhancement for potential enhancements.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both project management and business analysis capable of driving projects to successful completion and optimizing business operations. Candidate will act as a key liaison between stakeholders and project teams ensuring that business objectives are met with effective and efficient solutions. Candidate will spend a significant amount of their time with stakeholders providing technical leadership to ensure that business requirements are being identified and met in a timely manner. Candidate must have the capacity to learn and support a wide range of system functionality. The candidate must also be articulate passionate about helping users and be an enthusiastic selfstarter who is comfortable working in a fastpaced environment with minimal supervision. Individual must be a team player willing to do what is needed to get the job done
Essential Duties/ Job Responsibilities:
Accountable for analyzing presentstate developing alternative futurestate approaches and facilitating implementation.
Lead and/or participate in requirements gathering and analysis sessions with clients to determine project requirements
Guides and facilitates stakeholders in defining and documenting project scope objectives requirements and deliverables
Independently manages assigned projects to ensure outcomes match agreed upon customer expectations and outcomes.
Troubleshoots technical issues and collaboratively with technical teams to identify and implement solutions.
Coordinate with internal resources and other stakeholders for the flawless execution of projects.
Manages relationship with vendor/serviceproviders and drives them to meet their commitments
Exhibit excellent communication & interpersonal skills and the ability to work and lead effectively in a team environment.
Masters new technologies and deliver quality products within short time frames.
Serve as the technical lead for assigned projects and tasks.
Work collaboratively with others (e.g. colleagues stakeholders vendors) to drive timely completion of IT projects.

Conduct detailed analysis of business processes systems and workflows to identify areas for improvement and automation.

Create manage and maintain the project schedule from initial creation throughout entire project life cycle.
