Job Description

LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) Correctional Facility Orient OH

cTrace Solutions has a great opportunity to be a part of our growing team! We are seeking an experienced LPN. SIGN ON BONUS: $200 Come Join Our Team!

Schedule: 2nd Shift : 2:15 PM 10:30pm

Days Off: Sunday and Monday.

Requirements of the LPN Licensed Practical Nurse

MUST hold a current CPR Certification.

MUST hold an active LPN license.

MUST be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship

Responsibilities of the LPN Licensed Practical Nurse

Follow a designated care plan in accordance with patients needs

Perform assigned duties. Including administration of medication wound care treatments and procedures

Monitor clients conditions; reporting changes to RNs
