We are currently looking for Italianspeaking Customer Support Advisors to join our team and help us deliver outstanding support to our Italianspeaking customers.
Position: Italian Customer Support Advisor
Location: Lisbon Portugal
Type: Fulltime Onsite
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service and technical support to Italianspeaking customers via phone email and chat.
- Resolve customer inquiries concerns and issues in a professional and timely manner.
- Maintain a high level of product and service knowledge to effectively assist customers.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Accurately document customer interactions and update customer records in the database.
Requirements:
- Fluent in Italian (both written and spoken) is essential.
- Good command of English (written and spoken).
- Previous experience in customer support or a related field is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
