Job Description
Job Title: Software QA yst (US Citizen Only)
Location: Remote
We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualifications
Responsibilities:
- Develop implement and maintain test plans test cases and test scripts for manual and automated testing.
- Execute functional integration regression and user acceptance tests to ensure software meets business and technical requirements.
- Collaborate with developers product managers and other stakeholders to understand project scope and testing requirements.
- Identify doent and track software defects in bug tracking systems providing detailed reports on issues and suggesting improvements.
- yze test results and work closely with developers to resolve defects and improve overall software quality.
- Ensure proper version control and configuration management of all test objects developed and test environments used.
- Maintain a strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and ensure QA best practices are integrated at each stage.
- Participate in continuous process improvement initiatives to enhance QA odologies and automation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related field.
- Experience in software quality urance.
- Strong knowledge of software QA odologies tools and processes.
- Experience with manual and automated testing tools (Selenium JIRA TestRail etc.).
- Experience with Agile/Scrum development processes.
- Strong ytical ss with a thorough approach to problemsolving and attention to detail.
- Solid understanding of programming languages (e.g. Java Python) for test automation is a plus.
- Experience with database testing and SQL for querying databases.
- Excellent written and verbal communication ss.
- Federal Experience is a plus.
- Required Security clearance.
