Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Passive Candidate Recruiter to join our dynamic Talent Acquisition team. This role focuses on identifying and engaging highquality passive candidates who are not actively seeking new opportunities but possess the skills and experience that align with our companys strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Talent Sourcing:

    • Utilize advanced sourcing techniques to identify and engage with passive candidates through platforms such as LinkedIn industry forums and niche networks.
    • Build and maintain a pipeline of toptier talent for current and future hiring needs.
  2. Relationship Management:

    • Develop and nurture relationships with passive candidates to create a positive and lasting impression of Company Name.
    • Act as a trusted advisor to candidates providing valuable information about the company industry trends and career opportunities.
  3. Recruitment Strategy:

    • Collaborate with hiring managers and HR partners to understand the specific needs and requirements for various roles.
    • Design and implement creative sourcing strategies to attract passive talent.
  4. Candidate Experience:

    • Ensure a highquality candidate experience by providing timely communication personalized interactions and a thorough understanding of the recruitment process.
    • Manage the candidate journey from initial contact through to the final stages of the recruitment process.
  5. Market Research:

    • Stay updated on industry trends competitive landscape and talent market conditions.
    • Use market insights to refine sourcing strategies and provide recommendations for talent acquisition improvements.
  6. Reporting and Analytics:

    • Track and report on sourcing metrics candidate engagement and recruitment activities.
    • Provide datadriven insights to improve sourcing effectiveness and drive strategic decisionmaking.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.
  • Experience in recruiting with a focus on sourcing passive candidates.
  • Proven expertise in utilizing social media networking and other tools to identify and engage passive talent.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport and influence at all levels.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
