Job Description
- Manage the daily operation of office space environment equipment and facilities and administrative affairs and take responsibility for the service results on site; Follow up on relevant matters related to office leasing decoration relocation etc. to ensure the space needs of the business; Manage suppliers on a daily basis and conduct regular evaluation and assessment to improve the quality of onsite operations; Be responsible for the annual budget formulation budget adjustment daily administrative expense reporting and analyze expenses to put forward effective measures to reduce costs; Maintain good and effective communication with business departments and external units (such as government owners and large property management companies); Handle various temporary and unexpected problems flexibly and efficiently.
- Bachelors degree or above with at least 5 years of working experience; Good communication and coordination skills well organized and Problem solving capability; Frugality Caring people very good service awareness and try to give support.able to respond to the needs of internal customers quickly.
