1. Content Creation and Management:
Create engaging content (text images videos) for social media platforms blogs and marketing campaigns. Manage and update the companys social media accounts (Facebook Instagram Twitter LinkedIn etc.).
2. Social Media Strategy:
Develop social media strategies that align with business goals. Plan and schedule posts using social media management tools (like Hootsuite Buffer etc.). Keep up with social media trends and incorporate new strategies as needed.
3. Community Engagement:
Monitor and respond to comments messages and interactions on social platforms. Foster relationships with followers influencers and customers to build a loyal online community. Address customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
4. Analytics and Reporting:
Track social media performance using analytics tools (like Google Analytics social media insights). Analyze data to measure campaign success engagement and reach.
5. Campaign Management:
Collaborate with other marketing team members to run digital marketing campaigns including paid advertising (Facebook Ads Google Ads). Optimize campaigns to improve performance increase conversions and reduce costs.
6. SEO and Content Optimization:
Implement SEO best practices to improve website ranking and visibility. Optimize content for search engines (keywords metadata) to drive organic traffic.
7. Collaboration:
Work closely with other departments (sales customer service product teams) to align marketing strategies with broader business objectives.
8. Trend Analysis and Innovation:
Stay updated on industry trends emerging technologies and competitor activities.

Pay: BD280.000 BD350.000 per month
