Job Description
Job Title : Azure Synapse Developer
Location: Remote
Duration: LongTerm Contract
Required Skills:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or related field with 10 years of experience in data platforms data architecture and engineering.
- Expertise in building and optimizing largescale data models for analytical and operational use.
- Extensive experience in data model design data logging data validation and ETL pipeline building.
- Strong experience with data pipeline creation data wrangling transformations and data consumption primarily using Azure Synapse.
- Proficiency in defining data quality and master data rules for matching merging and deduplicating data.
- Expertise in Azure Synapse Analytics Data Warehousing solutions and managing large datasets.
- Good understanding of Modern Data Warehousing Lambda Architecture and data warehousing concepts.
- Strong SQL and advanced query development with deep understanding of SQL Windows Function.
- Experience with largescale data architecture design patterns and solutions in cloud environments.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to break down complex problems for technical and nontechnical audiences.
- Demonstrated ability to create technical documentation like solution designs architecture diagrams and welldocumented codebases.
Preferred:
- Some exposure to other Azure services such as Azure Data Lake Azure SQL Data Warehouse and USQL.
- Strong problemsolving skills and the ability to guide other developers in resolving technical challenges.
- Experience working with Azure Databricks and designing scalable data analytics solutions.
