Job Description
Role:
Create functional and technical concepts for scalable reliable and secure web applications by utilizing established and stateoftheart software design pattern.Design and develop client model for proofofconcept microservice applications deployed across varying infrastructure (Onprem Cloud).Technical maintenance of applications which includes producing suggestions on how/what to do and implementing these in accordance with team and architect decisions:
Updating and maintaining dependencies and frameworks
Updating and maintaining build tools used to build and package the application.
Validate the application according to applicable web standards and implement necessary changes.
Work includes feature development and bug fixing in the applications.Work will include creating and maintaining documentation.The team is international and fluency in both verbal and written English is necessary
Essential requirements:
- Proficient in HTML5 CSS JavaScript responsive design
- Experience in Typescript
- Experience in a web framework (preferably Vue and/or React)
- Experience of Node.js and servers built on it (Eg express js / fastify js)
- Experience with Docker
- Experience with Microsoft Azure
- Experience with infrastructure as code
- A will to test your code
- A will to take ownership of your code from development to production
- A will to share ideas and thoughts about the product
- Experience working in an Agile Software Development environment.
- Experience with Git
- Good communication skills
Meritorious:
- Experience with UI/UX development
- Experience in working in a micro frontend architecture
- Experience with Web Components
- Experience with Kubernetes
- Experience of creating a component framework
- Some knowledge about accessibility on the web
