Job Description
Essential Duties
- Ability to continuously stand and sit (90% of the time). Potentially exposed to infectious diseases. Ability to reach with hands and arms. Ability to lift and/or move at least 50 pounds.
- Plans and administers medically prescribed physical therapy treatment programs for patients to restore function relieve pain and prevent disability following disease injury or loss of body part.
- Must provide full fit for duty physical if extended offer.
Requirement description :
- 1 years PT experience Required
- Pelvic Health experience Required
- Previous travel experience Preferred
CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS :
- BLS (AHA)
STATE LICENSE REQUIREMENTS :
- Michigan
ADDITIONAL LICENSE REQUIREMENTS : Michigan License must be active at time of submission!
