Job Description
Overview:
The Nail Trainer position is a crucial role within our organization responsible for training and developing nail technicians to deliver exceptional services and customer experiences. By providing guidance and support the Nail Trainer ensures that our team members have the necessary skills and knowledge to create beautiful and longlasting nail designs while upholding our high standards of cleanliness and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and conduct training programs for nail technicians in various techniques including nail art manicures and pedicures.
- Evaluate the skills and performance of trainees and provide constructive feedback.
- Collaborate with the management team to identify training needs and develop appropriate programs.
- Ensure that trainees adhere to sanitation and hygiene protocols at all times.
- Demonstrate proper nail care techniques and provide handson training.
- Monitor trainee progress and adjust training methods as needed.
- Keep abreast of industry trends and new nail care techniques to continuously enhance training programs.
- Assist in the recruitment and onboarding of new nail technicians.
- Provide support to nail technicians in addressing customer concerns and delivering exceptional service.
- Conduct regular assessments to ensure compliance with company standards and regulations.
Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a nail technician with a strong portfolio of nail art and designs.
- Completion of a stateapproved nail technician or cosmetology program.
- Ability to instruct and empower others with previous training or mentoring experience preferred.
- Excellent knowledge of nail care products techniques and trends.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain a high level of cleanliness and sanitation.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced dynamic environment.
- Detailoriented with excellent organizational and time management abilities.
