Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and maintain Dynatrace monitoring solutions for applications and infrastructure.
• Analyze performance data to identify and troubleshoot issues.
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to support performance optimization efforts.
• Create custom dashboards and reports to visualize performance metrics.
• Participate in incident management and resolution for performancerelated issues.
• Automate monitoring processes and integrate Dynatrace with other tools and systems.
• Provide technical guidance and training on Dynatrace best practices.
• Stay updated with the latest Dynatrace features and best practices.
• Conduct performance and load testing using Dynatrace.
• Optimize and finetune Dynatrace configurations for maximum efficiency and accuracy.
• Document processes configurations and troubleshooting steps related to Dynatrace.
• Recommend and implement improvements based on Dynatrace insights.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their monitoring needs and translate them into Dynatrace configurations.
• Ensure compliance with security and performance monitoring standards.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor s degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
• 3 years of experience in implementing and managing Dynatrace monitoring solutions.
• Proficiency in analyzing performance data and identifying performance bottlenecks.
• Experience with troubleshooting and resolving performancerelated issues.
• Strong understanding of application and infrastructure performance concepts.
• Ability to create custom dashboards and reports in Dynatrace.
• Experience in integrating Dynatrace with other monitoring and alerting tools.
• Knowledge of automation and scripting for monitoring tasks.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with crossfunctional teams.
• Certifications in Dynatrace or related technologies is a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to optimize and finetune Dynatrace configurations.
• Strong documentation skills for capturing monitoring processes and configurations.
• Proven track record of driving performance optimization based on Dynatrace insights.
• Understanding of security and compliance standards in performance monitoring.
