Required Qualifications:
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree
- Completion of residency training in family medicine or internal medicine
- Board certification in primary care specialty (e.g. Family Medicine Internal Medicine)
- State medical license and DEA registration
- Experience in outpatient primary care practice
- Proficiency in medical diagnosis and treatment planning
- Strong clinical skills and ability to perform minor procedures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary healthcare team
